ThermaView can address maintenance issues under warranty with each claim assessed individually. We can service general wear and tear in the first 12 months for supply only/new build customers. Please note all maintenance enquiries will be assessed and may be subject to call out fees and/or labor and parts costs.

Installation
Below are download links to our guides and guides written by the Australian Window Association. To comply with warranty, we require all window installation to be installed as per these guidelines.
For uPVC windows and doors we required screw fixings with hardened plastic packing a minimum of 450mm centres to all sides and to 300mm centres for hinged side sashes.
All doors or windows on a floor (e.g. slab) requires continuous support beneath the sill (e.g. timber, steel or aluminium)
